5. Regulations - terms of purchase and use of the Store.

6. Sales Agreement - an agreement concluded by the Buyer with the Store, to which the Act of May 30, 2014 applies. about consumer rights.

2. Introductory Provisions

1. The condition for starting to use the Store is to read these Regulations.

2. Through the Store, the Buyer may purchase products offered by the Seller.

3. The Regulations are an integral part of the sales contract concluded between the Buyer and the Seller.

4. All prices of the Products listed on the Store's website are gross prices.

5. Photos, descriptions of the Products allow you to familiarize yourself with the Seller's offer.

6. The Seller is obliged to provide the Buyer with a Product free from defects. The Seller is liable to the Buyer if the sold Product has a clear defect.

3. Placing an order

1. If you want to place an order in the Store, select a product from the available offer by clicking the "add to cart" button, then go to checkout.

2. Orders can be placed at any time of the day and on any day of the week.

3. Upon placing an order, the Buyer will receive information about the purchase in our Store, shipping details and the selected payment method to the e-mail address provided.

4. The customer can cancel the order before the product is sent to him, for this purpose you need to send notification via e-mail about the desire to make changes.

4. Order fulfillment

1. The execution of the order consists in its preparation for shipment to the Buyer.

2. The order will be transferred for execution as soon as the payment is credited to the Seller's account.

3. The order fulfillment time is each time indicated in the Product description, usually 5-7 calendar days from receipt of your order.

4. After completing the order, the Seller will send to the Buyer's e-mail address a confirmation of readiness order and start shipping the order to the address indicated by the Buyer.

5. Withdrawal from the Sales Agreement and Returns

1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of taking overpossession of the ordered Product.

2. The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to a contract the subject of which is a Product ordered on special order, i.e. outside the offer available in the Store.

3. The refund for the purchased Product(s) will be received to the Buyer's account within 7 days of accepting the return.

6. Out-of-court ways of pursuing claims

1. The buyer has the option of using out-of-court methods of dealing with complaints and pursuing claims.

2. The buyer has the option of applying to a permanent amicable consumer court with a request to settle the dispute resulting from the concluded Sales Agreement.

3. The buyer also has the option of using the assistance of the poviat (municipal) consumer rights ombudsman or a social organization whose statutory tasks include consumer protection.

7. Final Provisions

1. By placing an order, the customer agrees to use the store in accordance with the provisions of these Regulations, wwording on the date of placing the order.

Failure to accept the provisions of these Regulations prevents the purchase of Products offered by the Store.

2. The Polish law applies to the Agreement for the sale of Products in the Store.

3. The competent court for resolving disputes is the common court with local jurisdiction according to applicable regulations.

5. The Store reserves the right to amend the Regulations at any time.

Amendments to the Regulations are effective from the moment they are published on the Store's website.

6. The store reserves the right to change the prices and the quantity of Goods in the store's offer during the day, rolling backor introducing individual products to the Store's offer, carrying out and withdrawing promotional campaigns onstore website, as well as their modifications.
